Bar di sidro Thatchers colorata ed esposizioni di palloncini al campeggio di Silverstone Woodlands durante il weekend del Gran Premio britannico del 2026
Colourful Thatchers cider bar installation entertains Formula One spectators at Silverstone Woodlands Campsite during the 2026 British Grand Prix weekend. Five oversized tethered balloon-shaped displays in yellow, orange, red, green and blue rise above wicker-style serving counters, each carrying prominent THATCHERS branding. The centrepiece is a large yellow and orange balloon above the main bar, while green examples flank the scene and a vivid red display adds a strong festival splash of colour. Visitors cross the dry grass in warm evening light as staff serve drinks from the timber-fronted bar beneath strings of festoon bulbs. The promotional area advertises Thatchers, the family-owned Somerset cider maker based at Myrtle Farm in Sandford, near Winscombe. The company traces its cider-making history to 1904 and is strongly associated with apple growing, orchards and West Country drink production. Visible wording includes “The Family Cider Makers” and “Perfection in Every Drop”, presenting the temporary venue as both an outdoor drinks outlet and a brand experience for racegoers staying beside Silverstone Circuit. Silverstone Woodlands is an official campsite close to Club Corner and Gates 14 and 15, offering camping, glamping, bars, food vendors and live entertainment for major motorsport meetings. During the Formula 1 Pirelli British Grand Prix, held from 2 to 5 July 2026, the site formed part of the wider festival atmosphere surrounding the circuit. The image combines British cider advertising, event hospitality and campsite leisure with the commercial spectacle of a Grand Prix weekend. The giant hot-air-balloon-style decorations are grounded promotional structures rather than aircraft, creating an eye-catching backdrop for visitors socialising away from the track. Trees, evening sunshine and open grass frame the temporary bar, capturing the relaxed off-circuit experience enjoyed by camping fans after a day of racing
