Eighty-four bamboo lanterns are lit for the victims of the 2011 tsunami disaster at Okawa Tsunami Memorial Hall in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture on March 11, 2022, Seventy four and ten teachers and staff were killed in the massive tsunami at the school.
