Here, on a point facingthe south, and furnishing glorious sunset pictures across the laketo the west, has been built a log camp hotel enterprise, similarto those of Maine of world-wide fame. There is a large centrallodge or meeting-place and in close proximity to it there are a. CANOEING PARTY, ALGONQUIN PARK 26 Grand Trunk Railway System series of individual log cabins, all built of cedar logs with the barkon, chinked with cement and moss and thoroughly in keeping withthe natural beauty of their location.
